I’m an award winning Service Designer obsessed with connecting disparate ideas, people and places to create complex service solutions which have people at the core.

I’ve sunk my teeth into Financial Services, Government, Education, Retail, Regulatory and Health & Wellbeing sector projects working in consultancy and in-house.

I’m at my best when challenging business as usual and when honing my ability to inject energy & human connection into the services I design.

Aside from my core role, I recently led a multi-disciplinary team across Design & Operations capabilities to build a community platform for more than 1800 global EY Experience Design colleagues to connect over shared methods and knowledge, garnering +130 colleagues weekly.

Previously described as an enthusiastic self starter, and “the perfect mix of sunshine & competence,” by a large-scale public-sector client. However, I’ll let my work speak for itself
